Shipping: We ship via USPS Priority Mail whenever available. We do not ship Internationally at this time, so sorry! Orders are packed in the order in which they are received. Our goal is to get them in the mail to you within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged Items/Wrong Items: We strive to pack all items safely and securely but from time to time packages take an extra bump along the way. In the event your items arrive broken or defective please photograph the outer box and the defective items. Contact us right away and we will do our best to get  replacement items or a refund to you in as timely a manner as possible. 

 

Materials: We use 100% natural soy wax in our candles. Our scents are created using a blend of fragrance oils and natural essential oils. We use pre-waxed cotton wicks. 

 

Candle Care: To prolong the life and quality of the burn of your candle there are several tips you can adhere to:

1. Burn your candle for a maximum of 3-4 hours at a time. Along those same lines,  do not extinguish your candle before the melt pool has reached the edge of the glass to prevent tunneling. 

2. Dip and trim your wick to prevent smoking and soot. To extinguish your candle use the end of a match or a toothpick or any long thin object to dip your wick down into the wax. This will extinguish the flame without any soot or smoke. Then use the same object to straighten the wick. Before next use be sure to trim wick down to 1/4" and trim away any  "mushroom head" wick bits. This will also assist in providing the cleanest burning candle possible.

KEEP LIT CANDLES AWAY FROM DRAFTS AND FLAMMABLE MATERIALS 

ALLOW JAR TO COOL BEFORE HANDLING
